Cherie spent more than twelve years in television advertising, eventually leading Nielsen University, an educational center built to teach advertisers how to use television ratings to target audiences with the perfect message at the ideal time. She left television to take on the role of Vice President of Marketing for Canyon Ranch, the most awarded spa and wellness brand in the United States, where she was responsible for resort, spa and real estate marketing endeavors worldwide. In great demand for her insight into how luxury consumers make buying decisions, she took on a Senior Marketing role at The Cliffs, a developer of eight luxury communities best known for working with Tiger Woods on his first US golf course in the Carolinas. Currently the COO and “Sales Chick” for Tech Candy (www.techcandycases.com) – the second successful wholesale gift company she founded with a smart, creative friend, she’s busily testing her product and sales brainstorms in the real world with much success.
